We stand by the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. Order Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or change your order? Let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Once processing begins, we may not be able to make adjustments. If your cancellation is successful, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in real results, and we want you to experience the full benefits of Olysia. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’ve used your UV therapy lamp for at least 14 days and still aren’t happy, you can return it within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. A damaged item is one that’s defective or broken—not just a dented box.
If your product arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours at shop@olysia.co with a clear photo of the issue. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. We do not replace, refund, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it’s with the courier, some delays are out of our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout! If you enter the wrong address and don’t notify us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to reship or refund your order.
