Order Processing Times
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once it’s handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way to you.
During busy times—like holidays or sales events—processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience!

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location. Here’s what you can expect:

If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
